Those of you who have met my youngest son know that he is addicted to his "dink". The instant that he picks up this precious blanket his tongue sucking starts. It is the most adorable thing! I have never seen any other child do that, and none of his brothers (or parents) has been able to figure out how to mimic the motion. He also "feels" the satin binding of the blanket. He even now tests shirts, pants, fabric at stores, and his brothers blankets to see if they feel soft like Dink or not.
